No Warranty: In no case shall Ergin Commerce LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or any physical injury to pets or humans arising from your use of any of our products.
