At Bluvo, we stand behind the quality of our curated products, including our flagship interactive toy, Jerry v2. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item (e.g., Jerry v2’s mechanical components) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at bluvo.store@hotmail.com.

For confirmed defective products, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We may ask for a short video or photo of the defect to expedite our quality control process.
Hygiene & Pet Safety Note
To ensure the health and safety of all feline friends, we cannot accept returns of products that have been heavily used, chewed, or soiled by pets. If a product is returned in a condition that poses a hygiene risk, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or deny the return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns (e.g., "changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated US warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
