Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bluvo. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your Jerry v2 directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bluvo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: Since we operate via Ergin Commerce LLC within the US, domestic orders will typically not face customs fees.

5. Damages

Bluvo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. (However, please contact our support at bluvo.store@hotmail.com so we can assist you with the process).

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
